Privacy policy

This policy explains, in plain English, what information Sojourn & Cradle (“we”), operated by Platinum Bluejay Logistics LLC, collects through sojournandcradle.com, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we can.

Email sign-up

If you join our email list, we collect your email address (and your first name, if you choose to give it). We use it to send the free checklist you asked for and occasional emails about our guides. Our email list is run by Kit (formerly ConvertKit), which stores your address on our behalf. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Purchases

Our products are sold through Payhip. When you buy, Payhip collects your name, email address and order details, and payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We do not see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email address and what you bought so we can deliver your files and help with your order. Payhip, Stripe and PayPal handle your information under their own privacy policies.

When you email us

If you write to us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply and keep a record of your request.

Using this website

• No tracking cookies from us. This site does not set its own cookies or use advertising trackers.
• Hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site.
• Fonts. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which can see your IP address.

Affiliate links

Some pages may include affiliate links, for example to Amazon. If you click one, the retailer may use cookies to record that you came from our site, so we can earn a commission at no extra cost to you. The retailer’s own privacy policy applies on its site. We mark pages that contain affiliate links.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your personal information.
• We don’t share your email with other companies for their marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your email on our list until you unsubscribe. We keep order records as long as we need them for your downloads, support, and our tax and accounting records.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@sojournandcradle.com. Some order records may need to be kept for legal or tax reasons.

Children

This site is for adults planning a birth. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
