Sojourn & Cradle is operated by Platinum Bluejay Logistics LLC (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to sojournandcradle.com and to the guides and printables we sell. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them.
Informational, not medical or legal advice
Everything on this site and in our products is general educational information. It is not legal, immigration, tax, or medical advice, and it does not create a lawyer-client or doctor-patient relationship. Laws, fees and procedures change, and every family’s situation is different. Confirm details with official sources and your own professionals, including a licensed physician for medical decisions and a qualified immigration attorney for citizenship and residency questions.
No promised outcomes
We work to keep our guides accurate as of the research date stated in each one, but we can’t promise that every detail is complete or current. Governments, hospitals, airlines and embassies make their own decisions. No guide can promise a visa, an extension, a residence permit, a citizenship document or a passport.
Buying a product
- Products are sold through Payhip, and payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Their terms also apply to your purchase.
- Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout.
- Products are digital downloads, delivered right after purchase. Nothing is shipped.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
Your license
When you buy a guide or printable, you get a personal, non-transferable license to download, read and print it for your own family’s use. Please don’t resell, share, upload or redistribute the files, or present them as your own. If you would like to use our materials with a group or organization, contact us first.

The text, design and graphics on this site and in our products belong to Sojourn & Cradle unless stated otherwise. You may share a link to our pages.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Texas, unless the consumer laws that apply to you give you the right to bring it somewhere else.
